• i-Size Certification: Designed for rearward-facing travel from 40 to 80cm (approximately birth to 15 months), providing optimum safety for your newborn or infant.

• Enhanced Side-Impact Protection: The egg Shell features an enhanced side-impact protection shell, keeping your baby safe in the event of a collision.

• Memory Foam Headrest: A memory foam headrest offers superior cushioning to protect your baby's head during travel, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Inner-Body Padding: Includes removable inner-body padding (for newborns), providing key support for both the side and upper leg muscles, with the option to remove as your baby grows, allowing use up to 13kg.

• 3-Point Safety Harness: The egg Shell features a 3-point harness with push button release and single-pull securing for easy and secure fastening. Shoulder and crotch pads are also included for added comfort and protection, especially during braking.

• Retractable 4-Position Canopy: The egg Shell has a retractable four-position canopy, offering shade and protection from the sun, designed in the same fabric as the rest of the seat for a uniform aesthetic. The curvature of the canopy mirrors the iconic egg curve, adding to the stylish design.

• Multiple Handle Positions: The egg Shell car seat features three handle positions:

• The third position acts as a stabiliser, preventing rocking when the seat is placed on a flat surface, such as the floor.

• Travel System Compatibility: The egg Shell can be used in a travel system configuration with the egg3® stroller (Multi Car Seat Adaptors required). The multi-position handle of the car seat locks the seat into place securely on the chassis.

• Installation Options: The car seat can be installed in two ways:

  1. 3-Point Vehicle Seatbelt (ECE R44/04)

  2. Optional Isofix Base for added convenience and safety (Isofix base sold separately)
