The pram you choose will play a more important role than ever in everyday family life and the Zoom will come to your rescue to give you the freedom and flexibility you won't want to be without. For your children, the Zoom double pushchair is an amazing place for them to discover the world together. They can see each other, share laughs together, look at you and explore their surroundings all by themselves. Depending on your children's ages, the seat, carrycot or car seat can be used in combination as desired. The Zoom is easy to manoeuvre with its swivel wheels and its compact design is a real asset in confined spaces. It can be converted into its travel system or folded down to a compact size in just a few movements. The pushchair also comes with two comfort seat inserts so you can bring your little treasures along with you from birth. The ABC Design comfort seat insert means your baby can comfortably sit up or lie down when you’re out and about. The ergonomic design is perfectly tailored to suit the needs of your little ones and ensures that they have a healthy posture when inside the seat unit. Their head, neck and back are gently yet securely protected thanks to the headrest and padded wings at the sides, as well as the soft, breathable materials. The insert makes the seat smaller and the wedge cushion on the back also allows your baby to lie completely flat, for that extra bit of comfort and additional safety and security for the smallest of the smallest. You simply affix the seat insert in place with the pushchair’s belt system and it can be used with or without the wedge cushion it comes with. For even more comfort and even more space for your baby to lie down, the ABC Design carrycot with the CozyCloud® mattress can be added as an optional accessory.

Lead Time & Cost
The estimated delivery time is stated beneath each product, and delivery costs for your order are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £49.99.
Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If your ordered items are on a 1-2 day delivery, they will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We strive to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date stated; however, this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends, or public holidays. We will process orders on the next working day after you receive your order. For example, an item ordered on Friday evening will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Delivery Times
Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on supplier estimates. While it is common for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, Bambinos & Beyond reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions, or product discontinuations.
We will notify you promptly in the event of a delivery delay. Please understand that some delays are beyond our control.

Posting and Packaging
At Bambinos & Beyond, we operate a recycling policy and frequently reuse original packaging to ship brands or products that may differ from those appearing on the original box. If you receive a package with a different brand or product on the box than you expect, please open the box to confirm the contents.
Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items with larger items—please double-check the box's contents.
Failed or Missed Delivery
If your order/items do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via email or confirmation via telephone, please contact us, and we will reach out to the courier.
If you miss the delivery of your order, please respond to the card left by the couriers. The courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day if this is overlooked. If the redelivery is unsuccessful again, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instructions and eventually returned to Bambinos & Beyond or the supplier. In this case, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
Wrong Delivery Address Details
If you send us an incorrect delivery address and another party signs for your goods, we may not be able to recover the items. However, if you contact us, we will do our best to help you.
Receiving Your Orders
Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible and let us know of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We have a limited amount of time to address issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this period.
For furniture deliveries, please have assistance available at the delivery address, as the driver may need help. If it is a curbside delivery, we recommend arranging for the items to be taken into your home, as the driver may not be able to assist.
Terminology on Deliveries
- In Stock: Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Back Order: Items are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we receive them.
- Pre-order: Items will be dispatched once they are available. Please scroll down to the product description to view the estimated pre-order date. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.
Cost of Delivery
- UK Mainland: For items priced below £99.00, the cost of delivery is £4.95. Free delivery on orders above £99.
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: £15.00 Standard Delivery.
