Please ensure that the photos you attach are recent and clearly show any marks, defects, or fading. This will help avoid any price adjustments when we receive your item.

If we receive your item(s) and they are not in the condition shown in the photos, you will be responsible for our courier costs and for returning your pram if you're not happy with our quotation.

We can personally collect within a 50-mile radius of our store ( subject to availability ) DE13 0FY, or you can drop off your items in-store during our opening times. Please arrange this with us beforehand, as we cannot accept walk-ins for purchasing pre-loved items.

Alternatively, if you're further away, you can securely box your items and arrange a courier to send them to us. We can also arrange this for a £20 per box fee, which is deducted from the offer price when sending payment.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your details. We will contact you with your quote within 14 days.

So that you know, we aim to respond with your quote within 14 days. We kindly ask for your patience during this time and request that you refrain from contacting us for updates before then, as we may be unable to assist with these enquiries over the phone.
