Payment

Bambinos and Beyond welcome payment by the following payment methods in store, through our Customer Service team and on the Bambinos and Beyond’ website:

  • Cash (In Store Only)

  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Visa Electron
  • PayPal (Online only)
  • Snap
  • Clearpay

 

In store you can place an order with a 20% deposit. There is no interest to pay and you can make payments when it suits you. The balance must be paid in full within 12 weeks.  We will dispatch the goods once full payment has been made. You can make payments or pay your balance at any Bambinos and Beyond’ store or by calling our Customer Service team.

For sale or clearance items payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

For pre-loved items, deposit to secure is £50 and 28 days to clear the balance, goods are dispatched once payments are made in full. 

If you wish to add to your order you can do so by visiting our store or calling the Customer Service team. Any additions however could delay the full order so please check when amending your order by asking a member of staff in store or a customer service adviser.

Any deposit paid to secure an order shall be paid to, and held by, Bambinos and Beyond. Bambinos and Beyond shall retain any such payments made until your order has been collected or delivered to you.

If Bambinos and Beyond is unable to fulfil your order we will notify you and Bambinos and Beyond shall refund the amount paid by you, within 14 days of its notification, to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift card or to a combination of payment methods as applicable).

Acceptance of Order

For orders placed in store a receipt will be provided at the point of sale. For orders placed through our Customer Service team or online, you will receive an e-mail order acknowledgement. It is important that your correct e-mail address is provided at the time of purchase. Bambinos and Beyond accept your order at the time full payment is taken.

Descriptions

At the time of publication on our website, all product descriptions are believed accurate, errors and omissions excepted. The Bambinos and Beyond’ design team take great care with the colours used in our collections. However, representations of colours are approximate only due to the limitations of the photographic, reproduction and printing process. There may therefore be a difference between the actual product and photographs of it on our website. All measurements and weights are approximate.

Whilst we endeavour to maintain advertised product colours and specifications, we reserve the right to change them and to discontinue particular products as we consider necessary.

Prices

The price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

Our Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel Under Distance Selling

Right To Cancel

Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from our website or through our Customer Service team you have a right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days after the date on which the product(s) was (were) collected by you in store or delivered to you by Bambinos and Beyond.

Where multiple items form part of the same order but have been delivered separately, your right to cancel starts 14 calendar days after the date on which the last product(s) was (were) collected by you in store or delivered to you by Bambinos and Beyond.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Please notify us, in writing, by post to; Customer Service, Bambinos and Beyond, UNIT 12 Albion Gateway, Milan Road, Stretton, Burton On Trent DE13 0FY

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

This right does not apply to any personalised product(s), to any product(s) which have been made or adapted to your requirements, to any product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as toiletries, underwear or swimwear, or to any products you purchase in store.

Effects Of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery at the standard delivery charge.

In order to receive a full refund, all we ask is that you take reasonable care of the product(s) and that they are returned to us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any product(s) supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) back. We will refund you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day you return any products supplied, or provide us with evidence that you have returned them. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise to an alternative.

You will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us, except where goods might have been delivered to you in error or where the product is faulty or not as described.

If your order comprises multiple items, you can cancel and return any of the items individually or in combination.

 Our returns policy states that if the packaging has been opened and the product assembled, a 10% restocking fee will apply, as we must sell the item as open box rather than new.

 The Manufacturer’s warranty can be anything from 6 months – 4 years. Please get in touch for more information.

For refurbished items

We offer a 3 month warranty with refurbished items, after this we will help you as much as we can at the your cost.

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Bambinos and Beyond. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy once our stores have reopened, provided that the conditions below are satisfied*.

*This policy excludes item(s) which have been personalised for you, any toiletries, mattresses, underwear and swimwear for hygiene and safety reasons, any refurbished item(s), and any clearance item(s) marked with a red dot or sold as seen item(s) or any Bambinos and Beyond products bought from other retailers.

If you have purchased a furniture set, which includes individual furniture pieces, which are not available to be bought separately, you may only return the whole furniture set in line with our returns policy above. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot return individual furniture pieces which have been bought as part of a furniture set, if the individual furniture pieces are not available to be bought separately.

The item(s) you wish to return must be unused in their original, undamaged packaging with the tags still attached, in a resalable condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase in order for us to offer you an exchange or full refund in the same currency via the same payment method. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not able to return furniture which has already been built or part-built. A valid proof of purchase includes a store receipt (this does not include a gift receipt) or a printed online order confirmation. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you have a gift receipt and your item(s) is unused in its original, undamaged packaging with the tags still attached and in a resalable condition, we will be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund you the amount to a Bambinos and Beyond’ gift card. Please note you will only receive a refund to a Bambinos and Beyond’ gift card of the value of the selling price of your item(s) on the day of the return. Any price increase should be paid at the time of exchange and any price decrease will be refunded to a Bambinos and Beyond’ gift card.

Returning Your Goods

For your convenience, you may return any item(s), (excluding furniture, which has its own returns process detailed below) using any of the following methods. Please note payments made using PayPal can only be refunded by our Support Centre.

To our Bambinos and Beyond Store

Call in to our Bambinos and Beyond store within 30 days of the store reopening and simply return your unused item(s) in line with our returns policy above.

To Our Support Centre

Simply complete the returns label included in your original order (for items ordered from the Bambinos and Beyond website or via our Customer Service team), or alternatively send your store or gift receipt, or email order confirmation with details of the products you are returning to:

To ensure the safe return of your item(s), please package your item(s) with care. We recommend that item(s) valued over £50 are returned using a trackable delivery service and for item(s) valued over £100 or more, we recommend that you insure your return for the value of the product and use a signature required delivery service. We may refuse a refund or exchange where an item(s) is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) arrives at the Bambinos and Beyond Returns Department in a resalable condition, despite having used a tracked delivery service.

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will process your refund or exchange in line with our refund policy set out above. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded.

 Returning Your Furniture

If you are not fully satisfied with your furniture purchase, please contact our Customer Service team on 07908 813166 who will be able to assist with the return. Please note that we cannot accept furniture returns at our stores. Unless otherwise agreed by Bambinos and Beyond a charge of £40 will apply if you wish to use this service.

Nothing within this refund, exchange and returns policy affects your rights to return goods to us in accordance with the terms of the manufacturers guarantee set out below.

 

Your Manufacturing Guarantee

Bambinos and Beyond have a wide range of products that are all tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality. Subject to the conditions and exclusions set out below, Bambinos and Beyond warrants that all our new products will be free of manufacturing defects where used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Bambinos and Beyond warrants that all our refurbished brand products will be free of manufacturing defects where used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals for the following time periods from the date of purchase:

  • For refurbished products, a six (6) month warranty will apply.

Where your product is covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defect and found by us to have a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion provide one of the following free of charge:

  • Replacement self-fit part. Instructions will be provided where required;
  • A repair carried out by one of our experienced technicians at our Service Centre;
  • A replacement where the product is deemed irreparable.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions and exclusions.

Conditions

  • Product must be purchased from the Bambinos and Beyond website, through our Customer Service team or from one of our stores;
  • It is only applicable to products that are in the UK or ROI at the time you wish to make claim under this guarantee;
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product i.e. second-hand purchases;
  • Where a particular model, colour, fabric or accessory has been discontinued we may have no alternative but to replace it with an equivalent product, colour or fabric.

 

Exclusions

  • All clothing, any fabrics (including seat covers and seat pads), rain covers, tyres, and PVC items.
  • Where incorrect assembly occurs or use of non-recommended parts, or third party accessories not compatible with original design are used;
  • General wear and tear;
  • Accidental damage including airline damage;
  • Damage caused by non-domestic use, abuse, misuse, neglect or by not being used and cared for in accordance with our instructions;
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels or chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insufficient maintenance;
  • Improper storage of the product;
  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of disliking the weight, functionality, colour or style etc.;
  • Fabric fading, discolouration or wearing due to incorrect laundering and general wear and tear;
  • If a product is adapted or modified;
  • Products that are repaired by an unauthorised repair agent.

Any replacement part or repair of any product will not extend the original guarantee period. Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product. Where store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be provided Bambinos and Beyond reserve the right to assess the condition of a product and determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.

In the event a product is outside of your guarantee period we will endeavour to repair or replace parts subject to availability. The charges outside of the warranty period for pushchairs, strollers and travel systems are a minimum of £50 for parts, labour, administration and handling per product. In the unlikely event that the costs of parts, labour, administration and handling costs exceed £50 you will be required to pay the excess amount.

In the unlikely event that you need to claim under the terms of this guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team, or visit your local store.

Nothing in this guarantee will affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
