Amazing experience at bambinos and the lady there couldn't have been more helpful and came away with a perfect travel system as first time parents. Can't recommend this place enough its the perfect place to go for baby bits.

If your looking for anything baby related this is a must visit store! We purchased our travel system and nursery furniture from here and we are so pleased with everything. The ladies were so helpful with any questions, even demonstrated to us how the travel systems worked and allowed us to try them out before purchase! Theres so much choice as well (almost too much) but we loved that there was plenty to choose from. Will definitely recommend here to anybody in the future who needs baby items.

Purchased a pre-loved stroller from their website. Impressed with how quick the delivery was. I received it less than 24 hours after I had placed the order! Stroller is perfect and was well packaged. Would definitely use again in the future.

What a fantastic place! Shopping for a new pram with our second baby and this is by far the best baby shop we have found! It really is a one stop shop, it sells EVERYTHING! The warmest welcome from the loveliest team of ladies. We were kept up to date along the way and delivery was quicker than expected. Had a lovely experience on Sunday! Started with no knowledge or preference on which travel system we wanted, came down to have a look about and attempt to narrow down which ones we preferred. Michaela was so friendly, knowledgeable and far from pushy! She listened to what it was we liked about certain travel systems (after we had a walk about independently) showed us how our favourite ones worked let us have a feel for them and even showed us similar options which ticked our criteria. We left without purchasing anything in store (which was nice not feeling pressured) once we weighed up our options and took her advise we ordered our oyster 3 travel system online which was just as quick and simple! (We’re glad we listened to her as they’re now sold out!) A huge thank you to Michaela for helping us make such a massive decision much easier!

I had ordered a car seat on the website, and was told that it would be delivered between 7-14 days. On the 14th day it still hadn’t been delivered, but throughout the whole time Katie was communicative with updates as to where my order was. When I emailed on the 14th day she advised that there were still some supplier delays but was so helpful in finding me alternates and having it delivered the next day! I really appreciated the emails and the honesty, there was no “it’ll be here tomorrow”. I’d definitely shop from here again

Ordered the maxi pebble pro 2 car seat and base. Arrived next day delivery. Was given a delivery slot which made it very easy to know when it was being delivered. Both brand new. Excellent service and at a great price.

Great prices and great customer service! I emailed querying if items would arrive by Christmas and got a very kind, reassuring email within 30 minutes. I found a sold out, popular, new release Tonie that was on sale, it did state back order 7-14 days delivery, which would take it super close to Christmas or just after, but Claire kindly reassured they would arrive by Christmas. I ordered a few different Tonies as they were such a good sale price and I’m going to have such happy kids on Christmas now!! They actually arrived sooner than expected!! I’ll be returning for future purchases!! I wish I could rate service higher then 5*

What a beautiful, welcoming baby store.. more importantly, such amazing, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I came in for a car seat and cot bed mattress for my nephew. Explained what I needed and was sorted right out. Fantastic set up with their own warehouse so was able to take same day. Katie, Kyra and Shannon were just so lovely, and then the two strapping lads at the warehouse, Jake & Callum, who loaded it all into the car far me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for baby/child shopping. And to top it off, the Black Friday deals are insane! Thank you to all of you, will be back very soon! Xx

In reality, 4-4.5 stars but putting as 5 as I don't want to knock their rating. I bought the Cuddleco cot and changing table from their online shop. It took 2.5 weeks to deliver the items. The delivery driver dropped a large palette outside the house with 4 heavy boxes on top, meaning I had to lift them into the house, on my own, as it was raining. We then noticed that one item was packaged in 2 boxes but sent in 2 different colours. I had to wait another week for it to be resolved. It was not the smoothest experience, BUT the price was good, the furniture is of good quality, they did communicate (more with apologies than how they were going to resolve), and they did resolve in the end. Would I buy from them again? Yes, providing I don't need the item immediately. There's enough positive reviews for this company on different websites to make me believe that my experience isn't the norm and was just a mistake. There's only one way to know that, though - by people sharing through reviews, hence mine.

Such good service! We were shown 3 different travel systems for all budgets. They have so many different brands and was amazing to see them under one roof and have all the features explained. We purchased a Nuna travel system and Michaela helped us through the whole process and was brilliant answering our questions and telling us things we wouldn't have even known to ask. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a buggy or any accessories new or pre loved.

had the pleasure of ordering our icandy from this company. the staff are so lovely and very helpful with enquiries. we are so happy with our purchase. only negative thing i have to say is i emailed asking for an update as was advised i would receive the system by tuesday/wednesday but heard nothing back. called them to find out what we had purchased was unfit for the sale. which we were upset to hear. but they got another out to us and was with us by saturday 😍 so the only thing i have to say is the communication was a let down but we are still so super happy and would 100% shop again!

Outstanding level of service! Can’t thank Claire enough for dealing with our warranty claim, easy, efficient and ended up receiving a new stroller. Even supplied with a loan stroller for use while the fault was investigated. Can not fault at all. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a pram online and it was a preorder, due beginning of June. I was a bit apprehensive, as baby is due 29th June. There were a couple of delays on stock arriving, but Kyra from Bambinos and Beyond kept me updated at every turn. Pram arrived today, while Mammy is in labour, talk about cutting it fine. Beautiful well presented shop! Came in this afternoon to purchase the Maxi Cosi Nomad after having my eyes on it for my daughter for our holiday. Asked for some help and a demo, and even better the store had a discount on so we got it for a lot cheaper than most places are currently selling. The girls seems lovely and so much stock to choose from. X

Ordered online due to an amazing deal we saw advertised - cannot fault the service we received as one item from the bundle wasn't available, B&B called me as soon as they realised and offered a replacement before shipping immediately afterward. Just want to say a massive thankyou!! Iv been struggling to find car seat adapters for my pushchair, I looked endlessly and couldn’t source them from anywhere… dropped Bambinos and Beyond a message on Facebook to see if they had any in stock which they didn’t, however they were ever so generous and ordered them directly from the supplier for me. What a kind gesture this was, these adapters will now save my back from carrying a car seat everywhere!😁 Definitely recommend these guys😌.
