We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, with a further 14 days to post the items back to us once we have been made aware.

28 day returns on both new and pre-loved items
We offer a 28 day returns window on new and pre-loved items, as long as the item comes back to us as new.
Your statutory rights come first. By law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it, with a further 14 days to send it back. We've chosen to extend our own returns window to 28 days from receipt as a goodwill gesture on top of that.
If the packaging has been opened and the item unpackaged, we will deduct 10% from your refund or store credit. This allows us to resell the item as open box. This deduction reflects the reduction in the item's resale value from handling beyond what's needed to inspect it, as permitted under consumer law.
How returns work
Please contact us first so we know your return is on its way. You then have 14 days to post the item back to us.
We don't cover the cost of returning an item unless it's faulty. If we arrange the return courier for you, that fee will be deducted from your refund.
We can't accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit, so please keep your proof of postage. You may need this for a claim with the courier.
Pre-loved items
Every pre-loved item is fully inspected, professionally cleaned and refurbished by our team before sale. Condition and finish reflect the age and price of the item rather than new-product standards. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
If a fault occurs within 3 months of purchasing your pre-loved item, we will cover the cost of repairs. After this period, we'll help you arrange the repair at your own cost.
