Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, with a further 14 days to post the items back to us once we have been made aware.

For new items

We will accept returns within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the item unless faulty. If the courier to return is arranged by us the fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We don’t accept responsibility for returned items that are undelivered or damaged, please retain your proof of postage etc. You may require this information on the event of a claim with your courier.

For used items

Every pre-loved item is fully inspected, professionally cleaned and refurbished by our team before sale. Condition and finish reflect the age and price of the item rather than new-product standards. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.


All pre-loved items are fully inspected before dispatching and putting onto the shop floor. If a fault occurs within 3 months of purchasing your pre-loved item we will cover the cost of repairs however after this period we will assist you with getting the repair at your own cost.

Pop your order number in the subject line and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you'd prefer to speak to someone in person, you're always welcome to pop into our Burton on Trent showroom during opening hours.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been submitted?

In many cases, yes. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, as our team works quickly to get orders picked and dispatched. The sooner you let us know, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships. Email us at sales@bambinosandbeyond.co.uk with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help.

My order arrived damaged

We're really sorry if your order has arrived in less than perfect condition. Please email us at sales@bambinosandbeyond.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, with a few clear photos showing the damage. This helps us raise the issue with the right people quickly and get things sorted for you as soon as possible. We'll be in touch to confirm next steps once we've reviewed your photos.
