Orders & Payment

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system.

Can I Reserve Items Before Purchasing?

We can place items on hold for up to 48 hours. Please contact our customer service team with the product details. A deposit may be required for high-value items.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

You can sign up for email notifications on any product page to be alerted when items are back in stock. Alternatively, contact us and we can check with our suppliers for expected restock dates.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely. Our Midlands showroom allows you to see, test and compare a huge range of travel systems, furniture, car seats and nursery products in person. Our team is available to help you find the right products for your lifestyle and budget.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes. We offer a price match promise on eligible products from authorised UK retailers. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, contact us and we will always do our best to help.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer a range of payment options including Klarna, Clearpay and flexible in-house payment plans. You can secure your order with a deposit and spread the remaining balance over a timeframe that works for you. Orders can also be stored free of charge until you are ready for delivery.

Can you store my order until my baby is due?

Yes. We offer free storage on many orders, making it easier for you to purchase early and spread the cost while keeping your items safely stored until you need them.

Delivery & Collection

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary depending on the item and supplier availability. Many products are available within 1–2 working days, while some larger furniture or special order items can take up to 7–14 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Can I Collect My Order In-Store?

Absolutely! Click & Collect is available free of charge. Select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours for in-stock items.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore locations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We offer local delivery on many larger items and furniture orders. We can also build selected products before delivery where required.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please note that some items like car seats cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.

Do you sell pre-loved baby products?

Yes. We are proud to offer one of the UK’s largest selections of professionally checked pre-loved baby products alongside brand new items. All pre-loved products are inspected, cleaned and safety checked before sale.

How Do I Return An Item?

Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. We'll provide you with a returns label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange an exchange. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

What happens if there is a warranty issue?

Our dedicated customer service and warranty team are here to help if you experience any issues with your product. We work directly with brands and suppliers to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Wherever possible, we will also provide a like-for-like loan chassis whilst your pram is away for repair, helping to minimise disruption for your family.

Are Your Car Seats Safety Tested?

All our car seats meet or exceed UK and EU safety standards. They are i-Size (R129) or ECE R44/04 approved. Our team can help you choose the right seat for your child's age, weight, and your vehicle.

How Do I Know Which Pram Is Right For Me?

We recommend visiting our store for a hands-on demonstration, but our product pages include detailed specifications and comparison guides. Our customer service team is also available via phone, email, or live chat to help you choose.

How Do I Care For My Products?

Each product comes with care instructions. You can also find detailed care guides on individual product pages. For fabric items, most covers are machine washable—check the label for specific instructions.

What Warranty Do Products Come With?

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1–3 years depending on the item. We also offer extended warranty options on selected products. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Do you stock both budget and premium brands?

Yes. We believe every family should have access to quality baby products regardless of budget. We stock everything from affordable essentials to premium luxury brands, alongside pre-loved options for even greater flexibility.

Do You Offer Assembly Services?

We offer assembly services for nursery furniture and certain large items for an additional fee. This can be selected at checkout. Assembly typically takes place within 7–10 working days of delivery.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on most items. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout and add a personalized message. For baby registry gifts, we can include a gift receipt without pricing information.

Do You Have A Baby Registry Service?

Yes! Our gift registry service is completely free. You can create a list online or in-store, and friends and family can purchase directly from your registry. You'll also receive a completion discount on remaining items.

Are your staff on commission?

No. Our team does not work on commission, meaning you will always receive honest and unbiased advice based on what is genuinely best for your family.
