Axkid Cooling pads by AeroMoov have been designed specifically to ensure that your child does not overheat in the car seat. The unique 3D honeycomb structure inside creates a cushion of air between the child and the seat. This regulates the air circulation around your child’s back, legs and head. The Axkid Cooling pads come in two pieces, one main part for the actual seat and the second piece is for the headrest. This gives it the flexibility to be suitable for all length and sizes for your child in your Axkid high-back booster seat.

The Axkid Cooling pads is made by organic cotton and makes the seat comfortable for your child. It is also very handy for you as a parent since the pad is washable at 40°C and quick drying. Notable is that the Air Layer is OekoTex 100 Class 1 certified. That means the Air Layer is completely free of any substances that could be harmful to your child. Safety first – Always.

The estimated delivery time is stated beneath each product, and delivery costs for your order are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £49.99.

Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If your ordered items are on a 1-2 day delivery, they will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We strive to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date stated; however, this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends, or public holidays. We will process orders on the next working day after you receive your order. For example, an item ordered on Friday evening will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

Posting and Packaging

At Bambinos & Beyond, we operate a recycling policy and frequently reuse original packaging to ship brands or products that may differ from those appearing on the original box. If you receive a package with a different brand or product on the box than you expect, please open the box to confirm the contents.

Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items with larger items—please double-check the box's contents.


Failed or Missed Delivery

If your order/items do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via email or confirmation via telephone, please contact us, and we will reach out to the courier.

If you miss the delivery of your order, please respond to the card left by the couriers. The courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day if this is overlooked. If the redelivery is unsuccessful again, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instructions and eventually returned to Bambinos & Beyond or the supplier. In this case, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges.


Wrong Delivery Address Details

If you send us an incorrect delivery address and another party signs for your goods, we may not be able to recover the items. However, if you contact us, we will do our best to help you.


Receiving Your Orders

Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible and let us know of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We have a limited amount of time to address issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this period.

For furniture deliveries, please have assistance available at the delivery address, as the driver may need help. If it is a curbside delivery, we recommend arranging for the items to be taken into your home, as the driver may not be able to assist.

  • In Stock: Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Back Order: Items are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we receive them.
  • Pre-order: Items will be dispatched once they are available. Please scroll down to the product description to view the estimated pre-order date. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.
