In reality, 4-4.5 stars but putting as 5 as I don't want to knock their rating.
I bought the Cuddleco cot and changing table from their online shop. It took 2.5 weeks to deliver the items. The delivery driver dropped a large palette outside the house with 4 heavy boxes on top, meaning I had to lift them into the house, on my own, as it was raining. We then noticed that one item was packaged in 2 boxes but sent in 2 different colours. I had to wait another week for it to be resolved.
It was not the smoothest experience, BUT the price was good, the furniture is of good quality, they did communicate (more with apologies than how they were going to resolve), and they did resolve in the end.
Would I buy from them again? Yes, providing I don't need the item immediately. There's enough positive reviews for this company on different websites to make me believe that my experience isn't the norm and was just a mistake. There's only one way to know that, though - by people sharing through reviews, hence mine.
