SAFETY, CARE & WARRANTY

Setup Notes: This product arrives compressed for easier delivery. Carefully unpack and lay flat, allowing 48–72 hours for the foam to fully expand. Please wait at least 48 hours before fitting the cover to ensure a smooth, snug fit. Minor creases can be eased with gentle heat from a hairdryer.

Zips are intentionally positioned on the underside to limit access to the foam. Ensure all zips are fully tucked away and out of reach before use.

Wipe clean using a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry fully. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid placing heavy objects on top for extended periods.

This product is fully certified to EN71 and REACH safety standards and includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
