Lead Time & Cost

The estimated delivery time is stated beneath each product, and delivery costs for your order are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £75

Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If your ordered items are on a 1-2 day delivery, they will be delivered within 1-2 working days. We strive to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date stated; however, this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends, or public holidays. We will process orders on the next working day after you receive your order. For example, an item ordered on Friday evening will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).


Delivery Times

Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on supplier estimates. While it is common for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, Bambinos & Beyond reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions, or product discontinuations.

We will notify you promptly in the event of a delivery delay. Please understand that some delays are beyond our control.


Collection In Store: Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect option is a convenient and simple way to order online. During the checkout process, you can now select "collect in store."

Is Click & Collect Available on All Items?

Not all items are available for Click & Collect. Please ensure the item is in stock. If you would like assistance with this, please contact us.

Please note: If you have selected "collect in store" in error, we will contact you to discuss your shipping options.

When Can I Collect My Order?

We will email or phone you to inform you when your order is ready for collection.

If the item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with an estimated time scale and inform you once it arrives in store.

What Proof of Purchase Do I Need to Bring With Me?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.


Posting and Packaging

At Bambinos & Beyond, we operate a recycling policy and frequently reuse original packaging to ship brands or products that may differ from those appearing on the original box. If you receive a package with a different brand or product on the box than you expect, please open the box to confirm the contents.

Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items with larger items—please double-check the box's contents.


Failed or Missed Delivery

If your order/items do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via email or confirmation via telephone, please contact us, and we will reach out to the courier.

If you miss the delivery of your order, please respond to the card left by the couriers. The courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day if this is overlooked. If the redelivery is unsuccessful again, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instructions and eventually returned to Bambinos & Beyond or the supplier. In this case, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges.


Wrong Delivery Address Details

If you send us an incorrect delivery address and another party signs for your goods, we may not be able to recover the items. However, if you contact us, we will do our best to help you.


Receiving Your Orders

Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible and let us know of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We have a limited amount of time to address issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this period.

For furniture deliveries, please have assistance available at the delivery address, as the driver may need help. If it is a curbside delivery, we recommend arranging for the items to be taken into your home, as the driver may not be able to assist.


Terminology on Deliveries

  • In Stock: Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Back Order: Items are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we receive them.
  • Pre-order: Items will be dispatched once they are available. Please scroll down to the product description to view the estimated pre-order date. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.

Cost of Delivery

  • UK Mainland: For items priced below £75, the cost of delivery is £4.95. Free delivery on orders above £75
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: £30 Standard Delivery.

📦 Payment Plans for Pre-Loved & Ex-Display Items

Found a gem in our pre-loved or ex-display collection? Secure it with just:

  • A £50 deposit

  • 28 days to pay the remaining balance

You can make payments however suits you, bank transfer, PayPal, or in-store via card or cash. Once paid in full, we’ll arrange collection or delivery.

Please note: the £50 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond this are refundable if the balance isn’t completed.


🍼 Payment Plans for Brand New Items

Looking to spread the cost on new arrivals?

  • Available on all items over £99

  • Secure your order with a 20% deposit

  • Balance to be cleared within 12 weeks

You choose how you pay, instalments or in one go, via bank transfer, PayPal, or in-store (cash/card).

Important: The 20% deposit is non-refundable. It's transferable only until 50% of the balance is paid. After that point, we place your order, and the deposit becomes non-transferable.
