Easier nappy changes, snug for baby - SnüzPouch’s clever Nappy Change zip gives you a quicker and easier way to access your baby’s bottom to nappy change during the night, compared to standard sleeping bags. The zip being on the front also benefits your little one as they can stay snug with less disturbance during changes. Safe and secure - British safety tested to BS 8510:2009, SnüzPouch features double shoulder poppers to provide extra security and additional under arm poppers for correct sizing, creating a safe and secure sleeping environment for your baby.
Stylish designs - SnüzPouch’s designs are modern and unique, made using super soft cotton and OEKO-TEX 100 certified materials to guarantee no harmful chemicals or substances. Important Safety Information - As with all sleeping bags, always ensure that you buy the correct size for your baby, remembering to check that your baby’s head cannot pass through the neck-hole when the product is fastened for use. Never use a duvet or quilt with a sleeping bag or your baby could overheat. Instead, select the correct tog rating, adjust what your baby wears and regularly check your baby is not too hot or too cold. For use in a cot or crib.
The estimated delivery time is stated beneath each product, delivery costs for your order are calculated within the checkout stage. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £49.99.
Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If you order items are on a 1-2 day delivery, it will be delivered to you by 1-2 working days. We endeavour to deliver your order to you by the estimated delivery date stated, however this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We are also unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends or public holidays. We will process orders the next working day following receipt of your order. For example, an Item ordered on Friday evening, this would be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. While it is usual for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, Bambinos And Beyond reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations.
In the event of a delivery delay, Bambinos And Beyond will notify you promptly, but we will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated delivery times.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
When you place your order and it is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or telephone.
If the item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with an estimated time scale and make you aware once the items arrive in store.

POSTING AND PACKAGING:
At Bambinos And Beyond we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect.
Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items – please double check the contents of the box.
FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY:
If your order/item(s) do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery, then please contact us and we will contact the courier.
If you miss the delivery of your order, you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will reattempt delivery the next working day. If this redelivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to Bambinos And Beyond or supplier. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS:
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Bambinos And Beyond cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.
However if you contact us we will try and help you with any information you might require.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS:
Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible, so you can make us aware of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We have a limited amount of time to raise issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this time period.
For furniture deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address, as the driver may need assistance or it may be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for the items to be taken into the home. The driver is not employed by Bambinos And Beyond, so we cannot guarantee they will assist.
TERMINOLOGY ON DELIVERIES:
Items that show as ‘In Stock’ are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Items that show as ‘Back Order’ are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we receive delivery of the items.
Items that show as ‘Pre-Order’ will be dispatched once the items are available, please scroll down to product description to view the estimated pre order date. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.
