Care For Your Dragonfly 

• All fabrics are machine washable at 30c
• Please note: always check the fabric label before washing
• Do not iron, dry clean, tumble dry or use bleach or aggressive detergents
• When cleaning the chassis use a soft towel and lukewarm water and wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth. Use a soft brush to clean sand or dirt from the mechanisms and sliding tubes of the chassis.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
