Care Instructions

• Machine wash fabrics at 30°C
• Check fabric labels before washing
• Do not iron, dry clean, tumble dry, or use bleach or harsh detergents
• Clean chassis with a soft towel and lukewarm water; dry thoroughly
• Use a soft brush to remove dirt or sand from moving parts and tubes

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
