Product Care:

• To clean, avoid using furniture polish. Instead, use a duster or damp cloth to remove any stains. Always dry the bookshelf afterward.

• Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild soapy solution. Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

• Suitable for indoor use only.

• As the bookshelf is made from natural materials, the colour may evolve and develop character over time. Handmade items may slightly vary in size and shape.

Important Notes:

• Wall fixings are not supplied. Ensure the fixings chosen are suitable for your wall material.

• Do not hang the bookshelf over a cot or cot bed.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
