Product care:
Cushion: Spot clean only. Allow to dry naturally. Do not use strong detergents or bleach. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Storage box: Wipe clean with a damp cloth, use diluted washing up liquid to clean and dry after use. Do not use furniture polishes.

Product requires self-assembly and includes a 5-year warranty effective from date of purchase.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
