Has been damaged in transit, we can only see damage to the bottom of the wardrobe near the feet which is pictured. If there is other damage we can replace parts etc but there may be more cosmetic marking we haven’t seen as not built. COLLECTION OR DELIVERY WITHIN 30 MILES FROM STORE ONLY!

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
