Crafted from sustainable FSC® - certified wood, this durable, high quality toy features a scalloped roof, opening and closing doors and shutters for realistic play, plus a clever lift off roof that reveals access to a sweet attic bedroom. Inside, the floors are furnished in a lovely natural wood look to complement the lovely wallpaper designs in each room. This Dolls House is made of FSC®-certified wood (wood from sustainably managed forests) and decorated with child safe water based paints.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
