Care Instructions

For the best experience, wash the play mat before first use. After unpacking or washing, lay it flat for 24–48 hours to allow it to fully regain its shape. If any creases remain, gently iron on a low heat setting with a protective cloth placed over the fabric.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
