The following methods are suitable to clean this teether:

- Use sanitising wipe to clean or a damp cloth

- Air dry

- Do not put in dishwasher

- Do not put in washing machine

- Do not tumble dry

- Do not bleach

Although our teether contains Biocote® Antimicrobial Protection, which helps prevent
the growth of bacteria, regular cleaning is still recommended to remove other
residues that can accumulate with consistent use.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
