Care Instructions: The fabric has been treated with Scotchgard to help protect against spills and stains, keeping your chair looking fresher for longer. For everyday upkeep, spot clean using a damp cloth and gently blot any marks - no rubbing. For deeper cleans, we recommend professional upholstery cleaning when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and always test cleaners on an inconspicuous area first.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
