We’ve photographed any noticeable marks as clearly as possible — though there may be some additional minor cosmetic signs of use, as expected with any pre-loved item. Rest assured, everything is in perfect working order and has passed a full MOT before leaving us.

Our Pre-Loved Promise:

• 3-Month Warranty from your baby’s birth date — not the purchase date (because we get it, sometimes baby’s not here just yet!)

• 28-Day Returns if you change your mind — item must be returned in the same condition

• Post-Warranty Support — if something crops up after 3 months, we’re still here to help. A small charge may apply depending on the issue, but we’ll always do our best to sort it with you.

For new items

We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, with a further 14 days to post the items back to us once we have been made aware.
Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the item unless faulty. If the courier to return is arranged by us the fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We don’t accept responsibility for returned items that are undelivered or damaged, please retain your proof of postage etc. You may require this information on the event of a claim with your courier.

For used items

When buying a pre-loved item manufacturers warranty is void when transferring owners therefore items are sold as seen. However, if the item you have received isn’t satisfactory we allow 14 days to return the item at your own cost. A £25 admin fee is taken off the final refund amount.
All pre-loved items are fully inspected before dispatching and putting onto the shop floor. If a fault occurs within 3 months of purchasing your pre-loved item we will cover the cost of repairs however after this period we will assist you with getting the repair at your own cost.
