Our versatile car seat sunshade can be used from birth and attaches quickly and easily to the rigid carry handle of Group 0 and Group 0+ car seats. Our better-than-breathable fabric lets air flow freely and
blocks up to 99% of UV rays (UPF50+).  It also shuts out light and blurs distractions to help your baby switch off and sleep when a quick nap is needed.

How does it work? It creates a comfortingly dark space that encourages naps by boosting melatonin (the sleepy hormone). When your baby naturally stirs at the end of their sleep cycle, the unique fabric prevents them from latching on to visual stimuli that may stop them getting the deeper, longer nap they need. SnoozeShade can be used in snooze mode or shade mode, both of which provide safe UV protection.

Many parents say their SnoozeShade deters people from uninvitedly touching their baby, which can be a worry before they’ve had their jabs. The ‘please don’t touch’ label acts as an extra deterrent!

What is the snooze mode? When you want to completely shade your baby or encourage sleep, fasten both the inner and outer panels of your SnoozeShade. Our fabric blocks 99% of UV, 94% of light and blurs distractions, to help babies switch off. The sneak-a-peek zip allows you to check on them without letting in light.

What is the shade mode? When baby is awake, use your SnoozeShade as a car-seat sunshade by tucking the snooze panel into the integrated pocket. This reveals a single-layer mesh window that blocks 80% of UV, but allows your baby to see out. You can't see clearly through the shade panel from outside, but you can open the two-way zip either partially or fully for a clearer view of your baby. The shade panel can also be tucked away in the integrated front pocket if you’re not using it.

When in shade mode, your baby is still fully protected overhead and at the back and sides by a double layer of mesh that blocks 99% of UV (UPF 50+). 

How does it make parents' lives easier?

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
