Safety Guidelines:

• Flat, Stable Surface: Always place the baby bed on a firm, flat, stable surface. Never use on elevated surfaces like counters or tables, or near steps.

• For Babies Who Cannot Sit or Kneel: The bed is not suitable for overnight use once your baby can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up. Discontinue use when your baby outgrows the product.

• Overheating Prevention: Monitor your baby's temperature and ensure they are dressed appropriately for the room temperature.

• Remove Soft Objects: Always keep pillows, stuffed toys, and other soft objects out of your baby’s sleep space.

• Fire Safety: All covers and fillings have been tested to meet ignitability standards, but always be mindful of fire hazards in your baby’s sleep environment.

• Safety Positioning: Always place your baby on their back in the feet-to-foot position during sleep.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
