Safety Guidelines:

• Flat, Stable Surface: Always place the bed on a flat, stable surface. Never use on counters or elevated surfaces.

• Age Use: Do not use for overnight or unsupervised sleep once your baby can sit, kneel, or pull up.

• Temperature Check: Ensure your baby is not overheating and is dressed appropriately for the temperature of the room.

• Avoid Soft Objects: Keep pillows, toys, and other soft items out of the baby’s sleeping environment.

• When to Stop Use: Stop using once your baby has outgrown the bed.

Additional Safety Advice:

• Always follow safe sleep guidelines, including placing your baby on their back in the feet-to-foot position.

• Ensure the bed is always used in a child-safe environment and check regularly for any signs of damage.

For new items

We offer 28 day returns, as long as the item comes back to us as new. If the packaging has been opened we deduct 10% so we can pass it on as open box. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. You'll find the full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

For pre-loved items

Pre-loved items are sold as seen, as the manufacturer's warranty ends when ownership changes. If it isn't quite right, you have 28 days to return it at your own cost, with a £25 admin fee deducted.
